Accessibility
Agent Jones wants every visitor to be able to read this site, use its forms, and reach Trameze Jones, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, or zoom.
What standard does this site aim for?
The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What has been done?
- Pages use headings in order, landmarks, and a skip link to the main content.
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced in text, not only by color.
- Text and buttons meet AA color contrast, and focus outlines show which control is active.
- Everything works with a keyboard, including the menu, the home value steps, the quizzes, and the payment calculator.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is reduced when the device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages are checked with automated tools, including Lighthouse accessibility audits, before they go live.
What are the known limits?
Some parts come from other companies and are outside this site's code: the scheduling calendar and chat window from the CRM, embedded maps, and linked PDFs or documents from public sources. If one of them gets in the way, use a phone call, a text, or email instead.
How do I report a problem or ask for another format?
Call or text (520) 244-5692 or email info@askagentjones.com. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and what format works for you. Trameze Jones will reply within two business days and can send the information by email, read it over the phone, or meet in person.
Fair housing
Trameze Jones and OMNI Homes International follow the federal Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act where it applies, and Arizona fair housing law. A disability, or a request for a reasonable accommodation, never changes the service.
