Cookies and analytics
Ad tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) and Google Analytics load only if you allow them. Campaign parameters stay in this browser. CRM cookies load after you interact.
Does this site use analytics cookies?
Not by default. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. The Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag load only after you choose Allow ad measurement. Advertising features and Google signals stay off in Google Analytics.
When analytics is on, it counts page views and a few actions: sending a form (by form type, never what was typed), finishing a quiz, using the payment calculator, and tapping the call or book buttons. Saying no stores that choice in local storage on this device.
Google Analytics is not installed on this site.
What do the ad tags record?
When you allow ad measurement, Meta and Google Ads record that a page was viewed and, on the thank-you page, that a form was sent, with the form type only. Nothing you type is sent. Ad personalization is off. Saying no stores that choice on this device.
Does the site count visits without cookies?
Yes. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and load speed without cookies.
What does the browser store before I send a form?
The first page of your visit, and utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content if the address had them, go into session storage. The form copies them into hidden fields when you submit. That is so I can see the source page and the campaign. Closing the tab clears session storage. This is not a cookie.
When would a CRM cookie be set?
Chat and visit tracking from my CRM, GoHighLevel, are connected. The scripts do not load with the first paint. They load after you click, scroll, or type. The CRM may then set a cookie to connect the visit with a contact it already knows. The same disclosure is in the Privacy Policy.
What is on
Chat and visit tracking load after you interact with the page. The book page embeds the scheduling calendar. Address suggestions are still off, so the home value form is a plain address field. None of these public ids are the private CRM token.
What does the host log?
The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request, for security and operation. The forms store a hashed IP address for a short time to limit repeat submissions. That is described in the privacy policy.
Do the forms set a cookie?
No. The forms post to the server. Dismissing the privacy notice stores that choice in local storage so the notice stays closed on this device.
