These terms cover askagentjones.com, its forms, and the Agent Jones Texts program. By using the site or joining the text program, you agree to them. My Privacy Policy explains what I collect and how I use it.

Age requirement: You must be 18 or older to use this site's forms.

Who I am

Trameze Jones, REALTOR® ("Agent Jones"), a real estate salesperson licensed in Arizona (ADRE license SA720337000), with OMNI Homes International, 7445 N Oracle Rd Ste 201, Tucson, AZ 85704. "I," "me," and "my" in these terms mean Trameze Jones.

Agent Jones is a trade name used by SOLIS ENERGY ELECTRIC LLC.

Text message (SMS) terms

• Program name: Agent Jones / Trameze Jones, OMNI Homes International.
• Who sends them: Agent Jones, meaning Trameze Jones, REALTOR® with OMNI Homes International.
• What you'll get: texts only about your inquiry: your home value request, showings, and your buying or selling questions, including appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Age requirement: You must be 18 or older to sign up for Agent Jones texts. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.
• How you join: by checking the optional call and text consent box on a form on this site. It says: "I agree to receive calls and text messages, including by automated means, from Agent Jones (Trameze Jones, OMNI Homes International), about my real estate inquiry, including replies about my home value, showings, or buying or selling questions, plus scheduling and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. See our Privacy Policy and Terms." The box is never checked for you.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. To rejoin, reply START or check the box on a form again.
• For help: reply HELP to any text, email info@askagentjones.com, or call (520) 244-5692.
• Not a condition: consent to calls and texts is not a condition of buying any property, good, or service. You can submit any form without checking the box, and I'll still answer by email or phone.
• Delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number stays private: I don't share or sell your mobile number or text consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that send the texts for me.
