Monthly market snapshot
Southern Arizona market snapshot, November 2026
This snapshot is posted Nov 3, 2026. It uses two dated sources: Long Realty's October 2026 Tucson metro report from MLSSAZ data, pulled Nov 2, 2026, and Redfin city data for homes sold July 1 – September 30, 2026, updated by Redfin Oct 7, 2026. Each figure sits next to its source. They measure different areas and periods, so they are not averaged together.

How should these numbers be read?
Months of supply is how long the active listings would last at the recent pace of sales. Sale-to-list is the sale price divided by the final list price. Median days on market is the middle value, so one long sale does not pull it much. A median price change can come from a different mix of homes selling, not only from prices moving.
What I would personally do with this snapshot
As a seller, I would read the months of supply and the days on market for the area first, then set the price from closed sales of homes like mine. As a buyer, I would use the sale-to-list ratio to judge how much room there is, and keep the BINSR period for the inspection findings.
When is this updated?
Monthly, after Redfin and Long Realty post their next releases. Each update keeps the date of the data next to the number. MLS figures for single areas are added only after the MLS use rules for this site are confirmed.
