Privacy Policy

What I collect, how I use it, and how to opt out. Effective November 2, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. It applies to askagentjones.com and its forms, my Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Messenger, and calls, texts, and emails with me.

Who I am

Trameze Jones, REALTOR® ("Agent Jones"), a real estate salesperson licensed in Arizona (ADRE license SA720337000). I work under my brokerage, OMNI Homes International, LLC, 7445 N Oracle Rd Ste 201, Tucson, AZ 85704. My brokerage supervises my real estate activity and keeps the transaction records Arizona law requires, so OMNI Homes International is also responsible for information that becomes part of those records.

"I," "me," and "my" in this policy mean Trameze Jones.

What I collect

Information you give me:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property address
  • Your timeline for selling or buying
  • Your reason for contacting me (for example, thinking of selling, or a listing that expired or was canceled)
  • The community page you used, if the form sends one
  • Beds, baths, finished square feet, and condition, if you send them on the home value form
  • The page you were on, the form name, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) if your visit had them
  • The first page you opened on this site during that browser session
  • Whether you checked the call and text consent box
  • Anything else you choose to tell me in a message, call, or form

Where it comes from:

  • The home value, contact, booking, and guide forms on this website
  • Facebook and Instagram lead forms
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Phone calls and texts
  • Email
  • Appointments you book through my scheduling page

Cookies, campaign parameters, and CRM tracking

This website does not use an advertising pixel such as the Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics runs only if you choose Allow analytics in the site notice. The Cookies page says what is on and what is off.

When you land on a page, the site stores the first page of that visit, and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content values from the address, in session storage in your browser. Those values are copied into a hidden field when you submit a form, so I can see which page and which campaign the request came from. Session storage stays in that browser until you close the tab. It is not a cookie. A small notice at the bottom of the page explains this, and dismissing it stores that choice in local storage on your device.

Chat and visit tracking from my real estate CRM (GoHighLevel) load only when a public widget id or tracking id is filled in on the site. When those ids are empty, the scripts are not requested. When they are filled in, the CRM may set a cookie so a page view can be tied to a contact the CRM already knows, and the chat widget can open. Those scripts load after you click, scroll, or type, so they are not part of the first paint. I use that tracking to know which pages a person looked at before they wrote to me. I do not sell that information.

Like any website, the hosting provider's servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the visit) for security and operation. To stop spam, the forms keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time to limit repeat submissions.

How I use it

  • To respond to your request
  • To prepare a home valuation and share market information about your home or area
  • To follow up by email, and by phone or text when you have given consent
  • To keep a record of our conversations and any transaction, as my brokerage and Arizona real estate law (A.R.S. § 32-2151.01) require

I do not use your information for anything unrelated to real estate.

Texts and calls

The forms on this site include this optional checkbox. It is not checked for you:

  • If you check it, I may call or text you, including with automated texts, about your real estate request at the number you provided.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can submit the form without checking the box, and I will still answer by email or a personal phone call.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (520) 244-5692. The full text program terms are on the Terms page.
  • Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are emailed to my business inbox and to a real estate CRM (customer relationship management system) I use to keep track of conversations and follow-up. A copy of each website form submission is also saved in a protected file on my web host that is not publicly accessible.

I do not sell your information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else may see it

I share information only as needed to help you:

  • My service providers, such as my web host, email provider, real estate CRM, and scheduling calendar (my GoHighLevel booking calendar at api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/booking/162cdcGctCkPRcPjm9fA, if you book an appointment), which store or process the information for me.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger). If you contact me through a Meta product, Meta collects and processes that information under its own privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • My brokerage, OMNI Homes International, which supervises my work and keeps transaction records.
  • Others you ask me to work with, such as a lender, title company, or another agent, only when your real estate request needs it.
  • When required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Text messages (SMS)

  • Texts come only from Agent Jones / Trameze Jones, OMNI Homes International, and only to people who opted in.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

How long I keep it

  • Inquiries that don't become a transaction (for example, a home value request): kept while we are in contact and for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.
  • Records of a listing, purchase, or other transaction: kept by my brokerage for at least 5 years after the transaction ends, as A.R.S. § 32-2151.01 requires, then deleted when no longer needed.
  • Opt-out records: kept as long as needed to make sure I keep honoring your request.

Your choices

  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from me.
  • Stop emails: reply to any email and ask to stop, use the unsubscribe link if there is one, or email info@askagentjones.com.
  • Stop calls: tell me on the call, or email info@askagentjones.com.
  • See, correct, or delete your information: email info@askagentjones.com or call (520) 244-5692. I may need to keep some records my brokerage or the law requires, and I will tell you if that applies.

I honor opt-out requests within 10 business days of receiving them, and a STOP reply to a text right away.

Children

My services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I will delete it.

Security

I use password-protected accounts, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee it. If a breach affects your personal information, I will notify you as Arizona's data breach notification law (A.R.S. § 18-552) requires.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. The November 2, 2026 update covers campaign parameters stored in the browser, the guide and booking forms, and CRM chat and visit tracking that stays off until a public id is set. If a change affects how I use information I already have, I will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
