How do you price a home?
From closed sales of similar nearby homes, usually from the last 3 to 6 months, and how many days those homes took to sell. Active list prices and online estimates are a reference, not the price.
My listing expired or was canceled. Can I talk to Trameze?
Yes, once your listing agreement has ended. If the home was only withdrawn or temporarily taken off the market, it may still be under contract with your current brokerage, so check that first. Trameze does not solicit homeowners who are still under an active listing agreement.
Are online home value estimates accurate?
They are a starting point. Automated estimates can't see condition, upgrades, layout, or the view from the lot. A price set from recent closed sales and days on market for homes like yours is more reliable.

Commission is negotiable and is set in the listing agreement. Before you sign anything, Trameze walks you through the fees and your estimated net proceeds after the payoff and closing costs.
