How the tracker works
- You enter the address and how to reach you.
- Trameze looks at closed sales of similar homes near you and how many days they took to sell, then emails a preliminary CMA. It is not an appraisal and not a promise of a sale price.
- Each month after Redfin's data release, you get a short market email for your area, with the source and dates. Ask any time for an updated CMA.
What would I personally do?
What I would personally do, if I owned a home here and was not ready to sell, is watch two numbers each month: median days on market and months of supply. When days on market shorten and supply drops, buyers have fewer choices, and that is the time to ask for a fresh CMA.
